These drawings began as an attempt to draw with my daughter's crazy mixed up bin of crayons and so keep her company whilst we drew together. Every now and again another image joins the narrative from some unexpected tangent. The order of these drawings is not that important.

This was the first image in this ongoing series. I was bent on allowing the crayons to dictate the image. Mixing as I was oil pastels, wax crayons and everything in between there was an excitement of not knowing if one's efforts would pay off.
